The Only Vegan Cookbooks You Should Invest In

Vegan eating is a culinary minefield, especially when dining out. Unless eating at a vegan restaurant, which often requires convincing amongst friends and family, the regular menu options are limited, to say the least. It's often easier—and frankly more satisfying—to cook up a vegan feast from home.

To help you skip the blank stares of vegan-unfriendly waiters and avoid eating what often tastes like cardboard, we have rounded up 5 of the BEST vegan cookbooks to ensure that you are eating gold-standard vegan cuisine on the regular.
