This Just In: Henrietta Has an Awesome New Bottomless Banquet Menu

Nothing says Sydney summertime quite like a bottomless lunch. Or Dinner. Or breakfast for that matter. When those languid summer weekends are swinging slowly by, and mortal concepts like “Time” begin to fade into obscurity — that’s where the real summer living gets done.

Everyone’s favourite Surry Hills charcoal chook shop, Henrietta, understands the timelessness of Sydney’s summer weekend perfectly. To celebrate the season, this chic spot is offering bottomless banquets every weekend of this summer, day and night, for parties large and small.

With summer at its hot and humid heights, now is the perfect time to get the cocktails, rosé and beer flowing. So if you and your squad are raring to go for a Middle-East feast, keep reading for more details.

The Banquets

Charcoal chicken with Middle-Eastern accompaniments are Hentrietta’s speciality, so it’s no surprise that she’s pulled out these stops for the banquet offerings.

Standard Banquet

This glorious feast comes with a suite of flavourful spiced dishes to accompany the Middle-Eastern style charcoal chicken that hold true to tradition and remix the classics in a delightfully Sydney way.

These side dishes include spicy beef shawarma tacos with zesty zhug, famous house-made hummus with slow-cooked chickpeas, falafels and crispy, golden sumac chicken salt chips.

This banquet rings up at $49 per person, good times included.

Premium Banquet

If you and your squad are looking to kick the indulgence up a gear, this is the choice for you.

This banquet features chicken riblets with Henrietta’s flaming hot buffalo sauce, king prawns with a rich and fragrant matbucha dip as well as a zesty and fresh eggplant fatteh to balance the heat.

This banquet also features Henrietta’s delicious sumac chicken salt chips and finishes with a rich halva-style crème brûlée.

This premium banquet package is available for $69 per person, making it the perfect option for those who want something that extra bit more special.

Both of these banquet options are served with Lebanese bread, a choice of fresh salads and tangy toum aplenty.

The Beverages

Now that you know what kind of food to expect from Henrietta’s lush banquets, we’ve come to the fun part: the ‘bottomless’ aspect of the venue’s indulgent Middle-Eastern feasts.

In addition to the swoon-worthy bites, Henrietta is also offering an additional unlimited beverage package for each enthused banqueteer to enjoy over 75 minutes during the feast.

Standard Beverages

This additional beverage offering keeps it sweet and simple, with as much rosé and Lebanese lager you can enjoy.

Head & Tales Rosé is 100% pinot noir, which gives it bright, zesty fruit, as well as full enough flavour to stand up to the intense Middle-eastern spices of the banquet.

Premium Beverages

Once again, our indulgent banquet guests will want to opt for this package to really get into the swing of summer. This package includes not only rosé and Almaza beer but also your choice of Shiraz or Semillon for a more varied experience.

Best of all, this beverage package is crowned by the Sydney summer-favourite, Aperol spritz, which, in our opinion, is reason enough to justify the entire indulgent affair.

Any guest looking to try something a little special can request one of Henrietta’s famous slushies, this time made of fresh apple juice and fireball whisky for that distinctive cinnamon kick.

If this sounds like the perfect way for you and your crew to celebrate the Sydney summer, be sure to head over to Henrietta’s website for more banquet and booking details.
