And with just a dollop of TRUFF’s white truffle-infused White Hotter Sauce, this delicious brunch classic is transformed into a fireball of flavour. The earthy aroma and flavour of white truffles gracefully complement the richness of this cocktail while the clean, flavour-driven heat of habanero and red chilli peppers give it an attitude not to be trifled with.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp lemon zest

  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tbsp TRUFF White Hotter Sauce

  • 1tbsp minced horseradish

  • ½ tsp celery salt

  • 1 cup tomato juice

  • 50 mL vodka

  • 1 lime quarter

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Chilli flakes to taste

  • Celery stalk for garnish

  • Truffle salt for garnish

Method

  • Combine lemon zest, all spices, sauces, salts and tomato juice and chill in fridge

  • Rim a tall glass with lime juice and truffle salt

  • Fill glass with ice and add vodka

  • Top up with TRUFF Bloody Mary mix

  • Garnish with celery stalk and lime quarter

Hot TRUFF Michelada

Tangy, spicy and oh-so-fresh. This humble Mexican classic is everything you could want in a brunch cocktail. 

But what’s a sure-fire way to take this delicious draught to the next level? 

You guessed it. Throw a dash of TRUFF White Hotter Sauce into the mix to replace the traditional pepper sauce. The smooth richness of white truffle brings a savoury complexity to this tangy beverage, while the intense habanero heat combined with beer leaves you with a bright and effervescent high ball.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp TRUFF White Hotter Sauce

  • Lime juice

  • ¾ cup of bright lager

  • ½ cup of tomato juice

  • Chilli salt for garnish

Method

  • Rim a tall glass with lime and chilli salt, and add ice

  • Combine tomato juice, sauces and lime juice in glass

  • Top up with a bright lager of your choice

TRUFF Hot and Spicy Tommy’s Margarita

There’s no dispute that the Tommy’s margarita is an essential daytime drink. Its punchy acidic zest and rich sweetness make it the perfect quaff for while you bask in the warm sun.

This TRUFF-infused Tommy’s recipe brings a new dimension of flavour to this much-loved margarita variant.

All in all, it’s an invigorating cocktail, with a rich heat rising from the earthy depths of dark agave nectar, countered by the bright and zesty lime juice and finished off by the long savour of tequila.

Ingredients

  • 60 mL silver tequila

  • 30 mL lime juice

  • 20 mL dark agave nectar

  • 1 dash of TRUFF White Hotter Sauce

  • Lime wheel for garnish

  • Tajin for garnish

Method

  • Rim a rocks glass with lime and Tajin, and fill with ice

  • Combine tequila, lime juice, agave and TRUFF Hotter Sauce in a cocktail shaker and fill with ice

  • Shake for ~20 seconds

  • Double strain and pour into rocks glass 

  • Garnish with lime wheel
