Head Chef Mario Percuoco draws on his Napoli origins to create the menu, a loving embrace of the traditional recipes from his childhood, but with an elegant, modern approach unique to him.

Highlights from the menu include the decadent burrata, served with sweet, juicy peaches and crunchy hazelnuts, perfectly al dente rigatoni in a slow-cooked Black Angus ragu, and the freshest chargrilled seafood you’ll find in Sydney, served on a platter for two to share.

You’ll have no trouble finding the perfect wine to pair with your meal, as Il Pontile boasts an impressive wine list, featuring some of the best bottles imported from France and Italy.

With the extensive selection at a wide range of price points, you’re sure to find a bottle worth raving over. If cocktails are more your style, fear not! A wide variety of expertly balanced cocktails are also available. Our personal favourite for V-Day is the Very Sexy Martini, a vodka martini muddled with raspberry and mint and topped with sparkling rosé.
