Louis Vuitton Unveils Unisex Cologne

We may be on the inevitable slide into winter Down Under, but Louis Vuitton’s newest fragrance is giving us a luxe hit of summer—and it’s gorgeous.
Named, On The Beach, the fragrance was inspired by the US West Coast and created by master perfumer Jacques Cavallier Belletrud to evoke the feeling of spending a sunny day at the beach.
Key notes of the fragrance include yuzu, a Japanese citrus fruit, and neroli. They’re backed up by heart notes of thyme, rosemary, pink pepper and cloves, all overlaid on a base of subtle cypress.
The cologne comes in a coloured glass bottle that looks just like a sunset over a beach and is refillable in stores that have a perfume fountain—so you can use it again and again. Yay for sustainability!

A 200ml bottle will set you back $680, but if you love a citrusy, aromatic spritz with a fresh and spicy finish, this will be well worth it.
