The Best Luxury Accomodation in Palm Beach
Palm Beach Tower
With enough space for eight guests, this family or group home offers a swimming pool, a large yard with trampoline and amazing panoramic views of the water across Palm Beach, Barrenjoey Lighthouse, Broken Bay, and up to the Central Coast.
As well as the four generously sized bedrooms—two of which are in the tower that gives the property its name—the house boasts stunning indoor-outdoor flow between the lounge area and the sun-drenched backyard. The decor is colourful and chic, and the wide windows let the environment be the star.
Highlights of this stay include the ocean-side infinity pool that can be used year-round and the fireplace that’s a great spot to watch for whales. The master bedroom also has a wrap-around balcony that lets you enjoy the incredible views in complete privacy and solitude.
Serendip
Close to the beach, in a lush, tropical garden setting, Serendip has a distinct feeling of a Bali Villa when you step into the bright, sunny home decorated with leafy plants and colonial-style furniture. Five bedrooms—three of which offer four-poster beds and ensuites and a two of which are in a separate cabana—can host 10 guests for a relaxing getaway with friends or family holiday.
The private courtyard is perfect for entertaining, with a BBQ and comfortable day beds surrounded by ferns for a jungle-escape feel. Aesop products in the bathrooms and high-thread-count sheets and towels enhance the feeling of luxury.
Palm Beach Estate
This majestic, Mediterranean-inspired property is one of the largest in Palm Beach, offering a grand escape from everyday life. There is a living area in each of the two elegantly designed wings of the house, and a large dining area has seating for 12. The extravagant master bedroom takes up the whole first floor of one wing, and the other rooms are located in the other wing. The gourmet kitchen with its own pizza oven leads into the yard, where you can drink and dine with a view of the Barrenjoey lighthouse and the ocean.
Also on the property, you’ll find a half basketball court, a luxe swimming pool complete with loungers, a cabana with views of the water, a fireplace and large television with Apple TV.
At once rustic and modern, the five-star luxury villa Gaelforce sits on the water for a luxury retreat for families and large groups. This home can accommodate fourteen guests in seven bedrooms spread across the four levels of the house. The surprising thing about this house is that the master bedroom may not be the biggest drawcard. Here, you’ll more likely draw straws to sleep in the treehouse, with its private balcony and a bath with a view of Pittwater.
The decor is fresh and minimalistic, with natural woodwork and clean white accents that take advantage of the afternoon sun that floods the house and the ocean views. Master chefs will appreciate the gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line European appliances, marble benchtops, a two-door Liebherr fridge, two dishwashers, a double oven and seven-burner gas cooktop.
The large swimming pool juts out into the ocean for ultra-luxe sunset views, or fire up the BBQ for a relaxed meal and drinks on the expansive decks.
Access to the beach from this luxury holiday home is via an inclinator, creating a feeling of being on top of the world. Spread across three levels, the five-bedroom home is elegantly decorated with polished floorboards, high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that make the most of the ocean-side location.
On the top level, the master bedroom includes an office, a private terrace for watching the sunrise over the ocean and an ensuite with a free-standing bath for private water views.
There are also three queen-bed rooms and a kids’ room with bunk beds. The middle level has multiple spacious living areas featuring sandstone fireplaces and comfortable couches, and a modern kitchen that will delight home chefs. Downstairs, a games room occupies children when adults want to relax.
If you don’t fancy going down to the beach, the swimming pool is cleverly incorporated into the design of the deck, and there’s an outdoor shower for post-swim rinses before you dry off on the loungers on the large, glass-enclosed deck.
